ClearWater Kft. (Part of Primo Water Corporation) is a market leader bottled water provider in Hungary for more than 28 years, operating since 1995.

We are currently looking for a

PLANT MANAGER / Üzemvezető.

Main tasks:

• Managing and motivate the team of 3 operational departments (around team of 25 employees)
• Responsibility for the production and refurbishing planning process based on orders, daily sales level, and available resources
• Controlling the supply of materials for the production, warehouse, and refurbishment
• Oversees the current stock of coolers, bottles, packaging materials ensures timely placing of orders with suppliers, taking into account the delivery time
• Managing the production plant through operational indicators within the group
• Initiating and implementing solutions aimed at optimization and increase the efficiency of operational processes
• Effective planning and controlling budget implementation
• Monitoring the company's financial results in the context of operational efficiency
• Initiates changes and improvements of the technical equipment, work organization, staff utilization, materials & energy consumptions
• Participation in international meetings and projects
• Preparing reports, monitor KPI results on the 3 departments
• Assuring compliance of all plant operations with company policies and related authority regulations

Expectation:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or at least a specialized technical technician qualification
• 4-6 years relevant working experience in international company
• Fluent in English is a must
• Strong leadership skills with a good sense of people management
• High level MS Office user knowledge (Office Word, Excel, Power point)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
