0.1 I’m not your customer yet but I’m interested in the service. What should I do?
If you are not our customer but you are interested in our service, you can send us a notice on the „INQUIRY” link on the right side of the page and we will contact you by one of the contacts indicated by you at the requested time. You are kindly requested to fill in your exact data in order to avoid misunderstanding.

Login

1.1 How can I log in to the website?
If you wish to place an order, you have to log in first. If this is the first time you wish to log in, you will find all information required to this in your invoice or delivery note. The customer code is the six-digit number by the addressee in the invoice and by the delivery address text in the delivery note.

The password is the five-digit number by the „Online password” text in the invoice and the delivery note.

If water delivery to you takes place with delivery note, log in with the data indicated in the delivery note, please.

The password is indicated only in the invoices and delivery notes issued after 6 May 2013.

1.2 On the invoice or the delivery note „CHANGED” is indicated instead of the password. What should I do?
This text appears if you have already changed your password through the website. For security reasons we do not display this in the invoice and the delivery note any more.

1.3 I don’t know my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password but have not changed it earlier through the website, you can find it by the “Online password” text in the invoice and the delivery note.

In the event if the text „CHANGED” is indicated in the invoice or the delivery note in the place of the password, use the menu item „Forgotten password” in the right upper corner of the page.

1.4 The password reminder gives the error message that ”The indicated customer code or e-mail address is not correct.”
Maybe another e-mail address pertains to the customer code indicated by you. Should you have forgotten the e-mail address indicated earlier, contact our customer service, please.

1.5 Where do I find my personal data after login?
After you have succeeded in logging in, by clicking on your name in the headline of the page you can see the menu item User information.

1.6 How can I change my personal data?
You can change online only your e-mail address and password. Furthermore you can unsubscribe from newsletters.


Placing an order

2.1 How can I place an order on the website?
To place your order you have to log in first. After having logged in you can select the product you wish to order under the product categories on the page.

2.2 Can I change the date of the next delivery?
For the time being, in the event of online ordering we can book your order only for the delivery date offered by the system. Should it not be acceptable for you, place your order through the customer service, please.

2.3 How can I see the contents of my basket? How can I finalize my order?
In both cases, you can see the contents of your basket by clicking on the basket icon in the headline of the page.

You can finalize your order by clicking on the Purchase button.

2.4 How can I know whether my order has been accepted?
In the case of online ordering we send you a confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by you. Furthermore, by choosing the Open orders option under the menu item User information you will see the orders you have placed but have not yet been delivered or invoiced.

If you have received no confirmation e-mail and/or you do not see your order under the Open orders, contact the customer service, please.
