Nothing is closer to our heart than absolute purity and spotlessness. This is why we recommend our Cooler Sanitization Service. It's a low-cost way to make sure your water cooler is working properly and is as super-clean as the water it dispenses.
If you need to have your water cooler cleaned simply give us a call and we can take care of it.

Before calling the Service…

CIRCUMSTANCESTHE POSSIBLE REASONS AND SOLUTIONS
The cooler does not work.
  • Did the power supply stop? Please check the plug and the power supply.
The water is not cold.
  • Did the power supply stop? Please check the power supply.
  • Please check whether the cooler is placed too close to a heat source like a stove or heater. Please place the cooler far from these heat-sources.
  • Please check whether the back of the cooler is placed too close to the wall. Please leave at least 15 cm between the back of the cooler and the wall.
  • If there are many people accessing the cooler in a short time period you may need to wait for the water to cool down again.
The water is not hot enough.
(For Coolers providing hot and cold water)
  • Did the power supply stop? Please check the power supply according to point „The cooler does not work”.
  • Please check whether the switch (on the right side of the cooler or on the back side) is „OFF” / „0” position. Please turn it into „ON” / „1” position!
  • Please check whether the surrounding temperature is too cold. Please place the cooler in a room temperature environment if possible.
  • You may have consumed all the water in the hot water tank. Please wait 15 minutes before reusing the cooler..
The water pours too slowly.
  • Please check whether the water-feeder pipe and the tap are clean and they are not blocked. If so we can send a technician out to check it.
  • Please check whether the bottle is empty. Please put a new bottle on the cooler.
The floor is wet under the cooler.
  • Please check whether the drip-tray is full of water. Please empty the drip-tray. Don’t forget that the drip tray is not connected to the drain pipes in the building. It needs to be emptied to the sink if it gets full.
  • The bottle may be cracked. Please replace the bottle with another one.
The cooler is too noisy.
  • Is the cooler placed on an uneven floor? Please put the cooler on a stable and smooth surface.
  • Is the cooler touching something? Please remove that.
  • Is the Co2 bottle touching the compressor? Please check the status of the Co2 bottle (cooler providing carbonated water).
The carbonated water tap is not providing carbonated water (carbonated WaterCoolers only)
  • Did the Co2 bottle run out? Please check whether the „CO2” light is on, and if yes, please call us
  • Did the power supply stop? Please check the power supply.
